Friday bike

IWL 'Berlin' SR59

One of my favourites, the Berlin was built in East Germany between 1959 and 62. It was powered by a fan cooled MZ RT125/3 engine bored out to 150cc. It produced 7.5 bhp, which gave a top speed of 82 km/h, 51 mph.

Back in the days when I was involved with MZ two strokes I seriously thought about buying on, just because of their cool looks.

To increase the luggage carrying capacity, you could buy a Stoye 'Campi' trailer.

This would allow you to do some rather slow touring.
