This blog started when I owned and MZ Skorpion Traveller and a bike magazine dismissed it with the phrase 'you can't tour on a single'. The Skorpion's gone and was replaced by a Triumph Bonneville which I owned for ten years. My main bike now is a 2006 BMW R1200ST. I can't be bothered changing the name of the blog, so we're stuck with it!

Mystery bike
Since the last few Mystery bikes have been too easy, here's one that I doubt anyone will get.
If anyone gets this one, they deserve to be 'King of the World'.
Arise Your Majesty!! It's a 1929 K500. I found the picture on the Web and had never heard of the manufacturer before. Now I'm going to have to search for something even more obscure!
Looks German, possibly early thirties, a fairly un known Goetz ? Just a wild guess :-)
ReplyDeleteRight country and right era, but not that manufacturer......
DeleteHow about a Schuttoff
